We have a wide range of practitioners at C1 and we can cover all the bases, so, as a result, we are able to successfully treat a wide range of problems from muscle injury through to performance anxiety.  Shown here are the more common problems we see and successfully treat in the clinic on a day to day basis.

Above all, we emphasise preventative methods.  We want to get you right and then give you the tools to keep yourself that way.  Management of your problem may involve specific advice on exercise and rehabilitation as well as lifestyle and nutritional counselling.
