<p>Rowing is up there amongst the most demanding of sports to train for if you are going to do well and to succeed you need to be able to train hard – and we mean well beyond mere mortal levels of a run round the Downs once a week.  </p>

<p>I am really pleased that we are involved in keeping these lot working well and will even risk putting a fiver on them to come good at Henley.</p>
